use SDL_Threads everywhere The trick was to mark the threaded functions as cdecl and load arguments correctly. This allows us to: - drop a few ifdefs; - use integrated waiting code; - remove some whitespaces \o/; - fix bug #591.

2013-04-04 So. Some themes have objects that seem to be large natural extensions of the landscape. Masks allow maintaining that. Lemme know if it doesn't look good. If it doesn't, can still use for ice/bounce/indestructible. Indestructible bunker object for example.
