Update ChangeLog for ASA, increase spacetrip turn time to 20s

Needs Qt / qmake to build


Instructions:
-------------

Build with these 2 commands:

qmake hwmapconverter.pro
make


If compiled successfully, run with:

./hwmapconverter
hedgewars-draft
